I need a doc's answer please?

Soo a few days ago I woke up with what looked like mosquito bites. they werent itchy, though. The next day I saw more red bumps and the bumps from the night before had white-ish yellow puss stuff in them. (Like a pimple) Is this normal? I found about four or five more on my arms today, and they are sore.
