My boyfriend says I'm cute when you're sick....wtf?

He's being considerate. He thinks that maybe since your sick you don't feel as if you are being your prettiest around him and he just wants to clear the air for himself and tell you that your perfect the way you are. It was a compliment so I wouldn't look too deep into it. :D
