Skills needed to be a pediatrician?

You need to be to be able to work with kids. Have good discussions with kids to make them feel comfortable where they are. And be very gental with them so they aren't afraid of you. Make sure that they are being treated well so that they do not cry. Make sure there parents are in the room.
