How to get rid of strep throat?

i Have had it a few days now and i need to get rid of it by next week. Ive got a fever, cough, sore throat, and white stuff in my throat. i went to the doctors and they gave me antibiotics and i have been taking it for a day. Last night i felt better but it hurts again today. HELP ME!!!
