My nephew is suffering from severe allurgy?

i have a nephew of 2 years when he was 5 or 8 months old he started itching his whole body.his parents went to all the pediatric allurgist in middle east they say that he has enlarge liver and becouse of that his enzym system isnt working properly.Still they dont tell us the name of the disease till now we dont know what has happend to him please please please tell me what to do.he even dont have any food allurgy.i will really appriciate each and every reply thanks
