Nausea after piercing belly button?

i got my belly button pierced around 4:30pm today, its been sore all day but now at 12:16am im starting to feel a bit nauseous. i dont know if its from the piercing or just because i havent eaten a lot today. can anyone tell me if its common to feel nausea after getting a naval piercing?
