Yes, you basically have to start over again, since your English major does not cover all of physical therapy requirement which are chem, bio, math, physic, anatomy, physiology, microbiology. Those are only requirements to be able to apply to a program. I think you are better off with nursing, since it doesn't take a long time to finish as physical therapy. English degree is a dead end unless you are applying to a law school or going to be a teacher !
